Shipping policy

We carefully inspect and package every order before shipment. Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carriers control. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier to initiate a claim. We will gladly provide any documentation needed to support your claim.
