According to the USPS, the package was dellivered at 12:52 at or in the mailbox at the address you provided during checkout. I understand how frustrating it is when a package is marked delivered but cannot be located. Please double check with your neighbors as well as your local post office as they can provide helpful details about where the item was placed. I also recommend opening a missing mail claim with the USPS for further investigation. I did receive your emails regarding the issue yesterday but also received this notification and couldn't understand if I inadvertently missed a previous message since you stated you were unable to reach customer service. I make every attempt to reconcile discrepancies in a timely manner, however, do not operate 24 hours a day.
